Chris-Tel Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the construction of the addition and renovations for Lehigh Senior High School for the School District of Lee County. This $12M project consisted of the new construction of a 20,000 SF facility in order to house the JROTC program at the school and multiple locations of interior renovations inside the school in order to prepare for the influx of an additional 500 students for the 2019-2020 school year.
Our firm worked in conjunction with RG Architects for the design and construction of the facility, as well as the interior renovations within the existing buildings. Those renovations included the clinic, administrative area, dance studio, culinary kitchen classrooms and media center. The project was completed in August of 2019, ready for the beginning of the school year.
