Chris-Tel Construction was chosen to provide Construction Management at Risk services for the construction of a 17,000 SF industrial building located in Lee County.

The Westbury Industrial Building has oversized coiling doors to facilitate large equipment and not encumber overhead lighting while providing maximum door height for the eave elevation. The project was tilt wall   construction and included additional scope such as sprinkler system installed throughout, MEP, ceilings, light fixtures, paint carpet, cabinetry, windows, casework, and all exterior finishes.
