Jessica Cosden, Cape Coral City Council member for district 7, participates in a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday afternoon for the upcoming SE 47th Terrace Streetscape Project in Downtown Cape Coral. The project includes a series of infrastructure improvements, beautification enhancements and the addition of wide, multi-use paths to both sides of the roadway from Coronado Parkway to SE 15th Avenue.
