Kyle Wiggerly, Project Manager
Chris-Tel Construction has hired Kyle Wiggerly as a Project Manager for the firm. Kyle has almost twenty (20) years of experience in the construction industry. His responsibilities include coordination of subcontractors and vendors to adhere to critical path schedules, maintenance of subcontractor performance and budgets, field management, weekly OAC meetings, ensuring safety protocol, processing all project paperwork, submittals and RFI’s, close-out and documentation on behalf of Chris-Tel Construction and the clients.
Kyle graduated from Ivy Tech Community College in Lawrenceburg, Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration.
Tim Leonard, Project Manager
Chris-Tel Construction has hired Tim Leonard as a Project Manager for the firm. Tim has forty (40) years of experience in the construction industry in Southwest Florida and throughout the Northeast United States. His responsibilities include coordination of subcontractors and vendors to adhere to critical path schedules, maintenance of subcontractor performance and budgets, field management, weekly OAC meetings, ensuring safety protocol, processing all project paperwork, submittals and RFI’s, close-out and documentation on behalf of Chris-Tel Construction and the clients.
Tim graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts.
Rodney Quinlan, Project Manager
Chris-Tel Construction has hired Rodney Quinlan as a Project Manager for the firm. Rodney has twenty-five (25) years of experience in the construction industry. His responsibilities include coordination of subcontractors and vendors to adhere to critical path schedules, maintenance of subcontractor performance and budgets, field management, weekly OAC meetings, ensuring safety protocol, processing all project paperwork, submittals and RFI’s, close-out and documentation on behalf of Chris-Tel Construction and the clients.
Rodney graduated from Harare Polytechnic College with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Hardware Engineering.
