Sean Smiley, Project Manager
Chris-Tel Construction has hired Sean Smiley as Project Manager. Sean comes to Chris-Tel Construction with over ten years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked on a variety of project types such as healthcare, higher education, hospitality, residential, sports/recreation and retail. Most recently, Sean was the Project Manager for the Moorings Park Main Campus in Naples, Florida managing the construction of the Garden Apartment Carports and Canopies, Building R, Chapel Renovations and Courtyard as well as other miscellaneous small projects in and around the campus. In his new role with Chris-Tel Construction, Sean will be the Project Manager overseeing construction for the Sanibel Library Renovation project and the MY Shower Door Headquarters Facility. Sean is an ACI Compressive Strength Testing Technician and has received his OSHA 10 and 30 Hr. Certification. He is a graduate of University of North Florida, Jacksonville with a degree in Building Construction Management and was a member of Sigma Lambda Chi, the International Construction Honor Society.
