Melissa Horne, Assistant Project Manager
Chris-Tel Construction has hired Melissa Horne as a Assistant Project Manager for the firm. Melissa has over twenty (20) years of experience in the construction industry. Her responsibilities include administering and coordinating all project documentation to include permits, subcontractor scope sheets and contracts, plans, client and subcontractor communication, pay applications, close out documents and warranty management documentation.
Melissa has her Associates of Arts degree from Edison State College (now Florida Southwestern State College).
Sarah Miller, Assistant Project Manager
Chris-Tel Construction has hired Sarah Miller as a Assistant Project Manager for the firm. Sarah is new to the construction industry but has years of experience in the teaching industry. Her responsibilities include administering and coordinating all project documentation to include permits, subcontractor scope sheets and contracts, plans, client and subcontractor communication, pay applications, close out documents and warranty management documentation.
Sarah has her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in Early Childhood Education.
