Charles Prindle, Superintendent
Chris-Tel Construction has hired Chuck Prindle as Superintendent for the Special Projects Group. Chuck has several years of construction management and general contractor administration experience in Southwest Florida on projects ranging from $200,000 to over $19 Million. His responsibilities include site administration, project documentation, subcontractor supervision and quality control with our higher education clients and municipal clients.
Chad Lee, Superintendent, Site/Civil
Also added to the team is Chad Lee, Superintendent for the Site/Civil Group. Chad comes to Chris-Tel Construction with multiple years of experience in the construction industry. Chad is a Certified Earthwork Construction Inspector and has acquired his OSHA 10 Hr. Certification as well as his Certification in Concrete Field Testing, Grade 1 from the American Concrete Institute. Chad will be responsible for quality control, site administration, subcontractor management, overseeing daily operations and project schedule for the SE 47th Terrace Streetscape project in Cape Coral. Chad received his Associates Degree from Florida SouthWestern State College in Architectural Design and Construction and was a member of the 1st Marine Division, 11th Marines Regiment for the United States Marine Corp USMC.
