Chris-Tel Construction has been selected by the Sanibel Public Library District to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the renovation of the Sanibel Public Library located on Dunlop Road. Working in conjunction with HBM Architects, the $3.7 million dollar renovation will include demolition, installation of a second elevator and staircase, installation of a new HVAC/Chiller system, renovations to office spaces and meeting rooms as well as exterior façade and window replacement. Pre-construction and design have begun and construction is slated to start in May 2017.
