Durward has over forty years of experience in the construction industry. He has been actively involved in senior level project management and consulting services for commercial and industrial projects throughout the Southeastern United States and is an expert at providing advisory services of facilities development and construction projects. Durward brings a multitude of knowledge and acumen to the firm regarding construction operations, contracts, scheduling, budgeting and client relations. His strategic management skills and hands-on reputation benefit his clients by minimizing their risk on difficult projects.
One of his more notable projects includes the Miami Access Tunnel construction which was valued at one billion dollars.
Durward received his bachelor’s degree from Emory University and holds a Certified General Contractor license, a Certified Building Contractor license and a Certified Roofing Contractor license all with the state of Florida. Previously, Durward served as Chairman of the Construction Industry Licensing Board for the State of Florida and is currently a member of the Lee County Construction Licensing Board, the Lee County Board of Adjustment and Appeals as well as the Lee County Plumbing Licensing Board.
