Known for his hands-on approach and results-driven mindset, he has successfully led complex financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale system implementations throughout his career.
Prior to joining Chris-Tel Construction, Mike served in senior financial leadership roles for several Florida-based construction firms, where he managed multi-state financial operations, led successful mergers and acquisitions, and implemented enterprise-wide systems to improve efficiency and transparency. His expertise includes job costing, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, tax strategy, and compliance across complex organizations.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and has earned multiple professional certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is also recognized for his leadership in developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
