Steve has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, more specifically in public/private infrastructure, project management and land planning. Throughout his career, he has also provided permitting services through the governmental agencies, including final close-out and certifications. Steve has been in the Marathon area for over 10 years.
Steve’s existing presence in the Florida Keys market, experience in the industry, and education will serve us well as he promotes the firm’s brand in a business development capacity. His responsibilities at Chris-Tel Construction include client relations, project coordination, and management of the day-to-day business operations at the Marathon office. Steve is active in the community as well. Recently, he was Chairperson for the Greater Marathon Chamber of Commerce and is an active volunteer at many local functions.
