Years of working for The Cabinet Shop (owned by L. Edgar Wheeler) taught him that attention to detail, craftsmanship and dexterity were fundamental for longevity in the construction industry. In addition to overseeing construction projects, Donnie is responsible for day to day operations, employee safety training and subcontractor safety training.  By embracing challenging project requirements, Donnie cultivates corporate growth and experience unparalleled by the fiercest competition.

As Manager of Special Projects, Dan’s group provides Construction Management services such as tenant build-out, renovations and historic restoration for projects under $2 million.  His responsibilities include kick-off & progress meetings, design review, scheduling, establishment of equipment lead times & critical path items, coordination of all mechanical trades, maintenance of project budgets, processing of all proposal requests and negotiation of contracts with subs. Dan offers value engineering solutions, coordination of project close-out, and resolution of all punch list items. Dan is a graduate of Lakeland College.

Joe received his Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University in Building Construction.

His experience includes industrial and municipal construction and development, land development, road and bridge construction, utility installation and relocation, as well as mining and reclamation. Darin’s emphasis has been in all aspects of the heavy civil construction and development industries. He is an accomplished senior-level management team member with demonstrated project management experience, in keeping with contractual requirements with the best interest of the owner and stake holders in mind. Darin is a graduate of West Virginia State University with an Associates Degree in Engineering Technology and Business Management.

As Manager of Marketing and Public Relations, Molly’s responsibilities include developing and implementing the overall corporate marketing plan, RFQ and RFP submittals, marketing collateral design and creation, public relations, client relations, business development, management of corporate website and social media, technical writing, sponsorship opportunities and overall implementation of corporate objectives. Molly is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She is the Chairman of the Construction Advisory Committee for the Lee County School District, a member of the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS), a member of the Lee County Economic Development Women’s Advisory Committee and serves as the Director of Programming, Career and Personal Development and Marketing Advisor for the Pi Mu chapter of Chi Omega at Florida Gulf Coast University.

He is a graduate of University of North Florida, Jacksonville with a degree in Building Construction Management and was a member of Sigma Lambda Chi, the International Construction Honor Society.
