Construction Completed at Fort Myers Technical College | March 2024
Chris-Tel Construction, in collaboration with RG Architects, finished the complete campus renovation project at Fort Myers Technical College for the School District of Lee County. The project comprised two main components—interior renovations and roofing updates. In total, 11 buildings throughout the campus were re-roofed, totaling approximately 192,000 square feet. Additionally, interior renovations were carried out across several buildings on the campus to enhance the college’s current educational offerings and prepare for future demands. The upgrades included improvements to facilities for welding, major appliances, electrical, plumbing, automotive service repairs, cosmetology and drafting classes.
