Chris-Tel Construction provided Construction Management services under a continuing services contract to the Hendry County Government for the renovations to the County Courthouse Courtroom.

The scope of services for the courthouse renovation included historic restoration of the interior, value engineering and constructability reviews for the new courtroom, construction of a high security detention area, including security cameras and CCTV, reconfiguration of the sally port, HVAC system upgrades and internal office space renovations.

The courthouse remained open during construction, though work was performed after regular office hours, on nights and weekends. Chris-Tel Construction staff was required to have Federal Security Clearances, which mandated National Crime Information Center (NCIC) background checks.
