Durward Hussey, Construction Operations Manager
Chris-Tel Construction has hired Durward Hussey as Manager, Construction Operations. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Durward brings a multitude of knowledge and acumen to the firm Regarding construction operations, contracts, scheduling, budgeting and client relations. One of his more notable projects includes the Miami Access Tunnel construction which was valued at one billion dollars. His responsibilities at Chris-Tel Construction will include management of overall corporate operations for the commercial construction group of projects over $4,000,000. Durward received his bachelor’s degree from Emory University and holds a Certified General Contractor license, a Certified Building Contractor license and a Certified Roofing Contractor license all with the state of Florida. Durward was an active member of the Lee County Construction Licensing Board, the Lee County Board of Adjustment and Appeals Board as well as the Lee County Plumbing Licensing Board during his career and is an avid golfer.
