Tobey Schneider, Project Manager, Special Projects Group
Chris-Tel Construction has hired Tobey Schneider as Project Manager for the Special Projects Group for the firm. Tobey has 35 years of experience in the construction industry and most recently owned his own construction company here in Southwest Florida, Schneider Construction. His responsibilities at Chris-Tel Construction will include project administration and estimating, constructability review, client coordination, subcontractor contract and bids, scope evaluation, value engineering, coordination of project documentation and resolution of punch list items. Tobey spent four years at the University of Northern Colorado, holds a General Contractor license from the State of Florida and is an avid golfer.
Tobey will be managing the Florida SouthWestern State College and Florida Gulf Coast University Continuing Services Contracts as well as a variety of private client projects for the Special Projects Group.
