In conjunction with Sheeley Architects, Chris-Tel Construction renovated 18,000SF of industrial buildings creating office space, showroom/sales areas, kitchen, restrooms, warehouse space, site work and perimeter fencing. The scope of work included demolition of existing office and concrete, interior build out for new office space, reception area, sales center, warehouse, cabinetry, painting, drywall, new windows and doors, fixtures and flooring.
