Latimer Crossing

Chris-Tel Construction was contracted to build the 92-unit residential project for The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers. The project consists of one four story garden style apartment building with retail on the first floor and three freestanding three-story apartment buildings with unit mixes of one, two and three-bedroom garden style apartments.

In addition to the residential units, the administration building includes a management/leasing office, a community room, business center, fitness room and maintenance support space. The administration building also includes retail space.
