Established in 1913, The Gasparilla Inn & Club is one of the largest surviving resort hotels in Florida. It is a destination location for tourists and ranked number four on the list of top 15 resort hotels in Florida in 2021. Preserving such a prominent and iconic piece of “Old Florida” history was an extreme honor for Chris-Tel Construction as they took on the $29 million addition and renovation project.
