Chris-Tel Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the construction of the Creekside Run Amenity Center located in Babcock Ranch.

The amenity center features a pool with paver deck, restrooms, a playground, and resident mailboxes. Additionally, Chris-Tel was contracted to complete the construction of the North and South entry gates with access-controlled gate, signage, and columns.
