Chris-Tel Construction provided Construction Manager at Risk Services to The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers for Phase II of the East Pointe Place Expansion in Fort Myers, Florida.

Situated in the Greater Dunbar Neighborhood, the project consisted of three multifamily buildings, each with three stories, covering a total of 120,000 square feet. This development has contributed 90 affordable housing units to the local community, enhancing its residential capacity.

Located on Dale Street in Fort Myers, the project incorporates smart irrigation systems to optimize water usage, energy-efficient appliances that meet ENERGY STAR standards, high-efficiency HVAC systems, and advanced plumbing solutions to minimize environmental impact. The construction also included the installation of impact-resistant windows, a metal standing seam roof, and comprehensive interior work covering painting, flooring, drywall, electrical work, carpentry, and finishing touches.

This East Pointe Place Expansion for The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers achieved a LEED Silver certification, recognizing its adherence to high environmental and sustainability standards.
