The Lee County Supervisor of Elections requested Chris-Tel Construction to provide Construction Manager at Risk services in April 2022. The construction began just two months later.

The office in Lehigh Acres underwent a tenant improvement renovation to accommodate Lee County’s increasing population and enhance its ability to serve voters. Additionally, the office will function as an early voting site for elections. The renovation consisted of various tasks such as flooring, HVAC, plumbing, cabinetry, electrical, painting, window installation, insulation, metal framing, sheetrock, hardware, and concrete.

The Lee County Supervisor of Elections Office is now located in the Mirror Lakes Retail Center. It was formed by merging three units, resulting in a spacious area of around 5,000 square feet. The construction of this office was completed within a short period of only ten months.
