Chris-Tel Construction provided Construction Manager at Risk services to Next Level Church for the transformation of a 30,000-square-foot facility into its new downtown Fort Myers campus.

The project reimagined the existing space into a modern, flexible facility designed to support worship services, community gatherings, ministry programs, and special events.

The centerpiece of the campus is a state-of-the-art auditorium with seating for more than 300 people. The space features a custom-built stage and was designed to accommodate high-quality sound, lighting, and multimedia systems for worship services, live performances, sermons, and special events.

Beyond the main auditorium, the facility includes a fully equipped catering kitchen and distribution area, multiple classrooms, and flexible-use multipurpose rooms. These spaces provide dedicated areas for children’s ministry, small group meetings, educational programs, and other church activities.
