Chris-Tel Construction provided Construction Manager services for the tenant improvement of Foxtail Coffee’s approximately 1,500-square-foot Fort Myers location, located within the retail space of the newly constructed Latimer Crossing affordable housing community along Cleveland Avenue.

The project transformed the shell space into a welcoming and contemporary coffee shop designed to serve both Latimer Crossing residents and the surrounding Fort Myers community.

The space features comfortable seating areas, a retail merchandise display, service station, restrooms, and dedicated storage areas, creating a functional and inviting environment for customers and staff.

With nearly 100 locations throughout Florida and a presence in seven states, Foxtail Coffee’s arrival at Latimer Crossing adds a popular and growing coffee brand to the Greater Dunbar community. The new location provides a vibrant retail amenity for residents and neighbors while complementing the broader vision for the development.
