Chris-Tel Construction was chosen to provide Construction Management services to the Lee County Government under a continuing services contract for the renovations to the historic Olga Community Center.

The scope of services for this project included historical element restoration, complete interior renovation, miscellaneous exterior renovations and structural repairs and upgrades to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.

The Olga Community Center project is a 2009 Lee Building Industry Association Summit Award Recipient for Best Historic Restoration and a 2009 Florida Preservation Award for Historic Rehabilitation Award Recipient.
