Chris-Tel Construction is no stranger to the historic Burroughs Home & Gardens, having completed multiple phases of restoration and repair at this iconic Fort Myers landmark.

Our work on the property has included historic restoration of the interior and exterior, mold abatement, hurricane damage repairs, and restoration of the river pavilion.

Most recently, Chris-Tel Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk services under a continuing services contract with the City of Fort Myers for the restoration of the Burroughs Home following substantial hurricane damage. The project focused on preserving the character and historic integrity of the property while addressing significant exterior damage and restoring the home for continued public use.
