Chris-Tel Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk services under a continuing services contract to the City of Fort Myers for the utility improvements along Billie, High, and Kunze Streets, North of Michigan Avenue.

In January 2022, the City of Fort Myers initiated a project that consisted of installing new sanitary sewer pipes, improving storm drainage, and restoring roadways as per the city’s specifications.

Chris-Tel Construction and Morris-Depew Associates, Inc collaborated to enhance the infrastructure of the Central District, resulting in a remarkable improvement in the area’s appearance for both residents and tourists passing through Billie, High, and Kunze Streets.
