Chris-Tel Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the new construction of The Oaks at Cypress Cove, Cypress Cove’s newest addition to their life plan community.

The Oaks at Cypress Cove is located on a 12-acre site at the corner of Summerlin and Bass Road in Fort Myers. The scope of work included construction of 24 villa homes, one, four-story mid-rise building over parking with an additional 24 elevated residences, and a 7,500 square-foot clubhouse.

The two-bedroom and three-bedroom villas range from 2,230 square feet to 2,396 square feet and offer dens, waterfront screened lanais, designer finishes, large walk-in closests and storage areas, and large two-car garages with room for a golf cart.

The elevated residences in the tower offer two-bedroom suites that range from 1,406 to 1,958 square feet with open floor plans and large walk-in closets. All are corner units to maximize light and view. High-end finishes and a screened multi-view balcony are included. These residences offer short-distance hallways with easy access to elevators as well as under building parking and golf cart parking.

The Oaks Clubhouse offers open-air dining, in-house catering services, a heated outdoor pool with hot tub and cabanas, a firewall feature, and state-of-the-art fitness center.

Additional features on the campus include pickleball, tennis and a greenway that connects to the main campus and one of two dog parks.
