Chris-Tel Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk services to Newcastle Aviation, a global aviation company supporting commercial and regional airlines and general aviation industries.

Relocated from Burnsville, Minnesota, the leading aviation supply firm will continue to provide asset management, sales, acquisitions, leases and appraisals on aviation components and parts on a global scale from Southwest Florida.

The 40,000 square-foot facility located off Domestic Avenue in Fort Myers, Florida houses the executive and general office staff, a warehouse area with rack storage for aviation parts and equipment as well as a service bay and loading dock for maintenance and exportation. The building also includes conference rooms, a break room, and a 10,000 square-foot leased office area with room for future expansion.
